Featuring panoramic ocean views, expansive private balconies, and access to a resort-style pool, this upscale residence is perfect for couples, families, or business travelers seeking comfort, space, and an unbeatable location just steps from Condado Beach and minutes from Old San Juan and El Morro.

Important Before Arrival – Mandatory Online Check-In

All guests must complete a mandatory online check-in and submit a valid government-issued photo ID for each guest through the booking platform prior to arrival. Check-in details and access instructions will only be released once this step is completed. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry, as we reserve the right of admission.

The Space

This penthouse features floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking ocean views and abundant natural light.

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: Two king-size beds with premium linens and flat-screen TV.
Second Bedroom: Two queen-size beds with direct access to the furnished balcony.
Both bedrooms offer ample closet space.

Bathrooms:
Three spa-inspired bathrooms with floor-to-ceiling tile, modern finishes, and walk-in showers.

Living Area:
Spacious living room with leather recliners, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the oceanview balcony.

Kitchen & Dining:
Fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large quartz island, and dining space ideal for gathering.

Outdoor Spaces:
Expansive balconies ideal for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails. Guests have access to the building’s resort-style pool surrounded by greenery and loungers.

$35/night at Caribe Hilton Garage

Security Deposit

A refundable $1,000 USD security deposit is required per reservation. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out once the property has been inspected and no damages, rule violations, or additional charges are identified.

Pre-arranged late checkout (12:00 PM) may be available for $50 if scheduled in advance. Unauthorized late departure will incur a $150 per hour charge due to cleaning schedules. Early check-in may be quoted upon request.

Starter Supplies

Basic toiletries, dish soap, dish sponge, paper goods, and 2 towels per guest are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies for extended stays.

House Rules & Policies

No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use anywhere on the property. A $500 fee applies.
Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. No parties or loud gatherings.
Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly observed. Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate cancellation without refund or removal from the property.
No subletting permitted.

Food must be consumed at dining areas only to prevent linen damage. Stained linens or towels will be charged.
Towels and linens must be used only for their intended purpose.
Do not cut directly on kitchen counters. Clean spills immediately to avoid permanent staining.
Use provided trays and coasters to protect furniture. Damage due to negligence will be charged.
Excessive cleaning will be billed at $75 per hour through the booking platform.
Under no circumstances will consumed nights be refunded.

Utility Interruption Policy

The property is equipped with a generator and water tank. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 consecutive hours, guests may cancel unused nights and receive a refund for those unused nights only. The host is not responsible for alternative accommodations or transportation expenses.

Rental Agreement

All bookings are contingent upon signing a short-term rental agreement sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to arrival, whichever occurs first.

Elevator & Building Maintenance Access

The building has an elevator beginning on the first floor. Behind a secured panel inside the apartment is part of the elevator’s mechanical system. If emergency maintenance is required, building regulations mandate immediate access to this area. Guests will always be notified in advance if entry is necessary.

This luxury oceanview penthouse offers premium finishes, spacious design, and an exceptional San Juan location for an elevated Caribbean stay.
Photo ID should be attached to the Airbnb platform messaging before we will send out your check-in information. This is mandatory for every individual who will be staying in the apartment.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
Pre-arranged late checkout for noon is available for a fee of $50.00 as long as we can accommodate this. If this is not pre-arranged and agreed on, there is a 150.00 hour charge if you vacate after 11 am because the cleaning staff have very tight turnover schedules and this will cause a great deal of problems.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. Condado Lagoon Villas is a no smoking, no vaping, no marijuana smoking building. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used.
Any eating should take place at the table with two chairs, not on the bed to avoid stains in the linens. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
The kitchen counter is laminate and will stain or become ruined if cut on. Organic materials that stain, such as wine, will stain the counter if they are not wiped up quickly.
The wall mounted night stands will become damaged if water or ice is left to sit on them. Trays and coasters are provided to protect against this. If damaged due to negligence, the cost of replacement will be charged against the guest.
Early check in will be quoted privately.
If there is excessive cleaning required, the hourly rate is 75.00. All chargeable event will be requested through airbnb.
Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
Maximum occupancy of 2 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors.
Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
Do not hang towels from the windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.
Subletting is not allowed.

Behind the striped wall inside the apartment are the elevator mechanics. This area is locked, but I want to be transparent about one important building rule:
🔧 If elevator maintenance is required during your stay, building regulations require immediate access to the mechanical room, and access cannot be denied.
✅ You will always be notified ahead of time if anyone needs to enter.
🙏 It’s not expected to happen, but I want you to be informed just in case.
