Experience San Juan like a local in this 3-bedroom apartment. The space features three comfortable queen beds and two bathrooms, perfect for families or groups. Located on the corner of Vendig street and Ashford Avenue, half a block from Condado Beach, The apt is in the center of the best restaurants, bars, shopping and casinos. No need to rent a car, although gated parking is provided. 10 minutes from Luis Munoz International Airport (SJU) and only 10 min Uber ride to Old San Juan. Fully equipped modern kitchen, washer and dryer. A/C units throughout. Wi-Fi high speed internet, linens and towels are provided. Contact us anytime.

Condado is full of tourists. That brings some street noise. We don't want a bad review over street noise we don't have control over.
The guest has two hours to let us know if the apartment is not clean enough so we go and clean it. No money back for cleaning issues.

Sergio was absolutely amazing. He made the stay so easy and efficient. The place was very clean and convenient. very nice stay right next to the beach. thank you for everything. We will definitely be back.

This stay was hands down one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. If I could have rated zero stars I would. The property was listed to be available for occupancy at 4p. We arrived and the cleaning lady was still working and we ultimately didn’t get access until 5:30p which ruined our night plans to go to old San Juan since we were still in jeans and sweatshirts from traveling. We needed multiple phone calls with the host to understand entry to the condo and the parking garage. There were ants in the kitchen, multiple broken pieces of furniture, a toilet that didn’t work, broken AC in one room, towel bars broken off the walls, broken conditioner pump in one bathroom and the sheets on all the beds were still wet. Plan to bring your own paper towels, washcloths and dishcloths. Definitely not worth the price I paid. I filed a complaint and was told that despite my concerns the host would not be willing to refund any amount of money for my troubles. Buyer beware with this one.

"Excelente experiencia de principio a fin”. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía perfecta en Puerto Rico. El lugar es tal cual las fotos, súper limpio y en una zona muy centrica. La comunicación con el host fue rápida y fluida y nos dio buenas recomendaciones de la zona. Me encantó!
