This fabulous recreational vehicle offers a cozy queen bed in the bedroom and a twin mattress on the floor and the couch is comfy for that extra person in the living room. .Perfect for a small group or family. Guests enjoy a nice, comfortable space with heating and air conditioning to keep the temperature just right. The bathroom includes a hair dryer for added convenience. Whether you’re relaxing inside or exploring nearby, this superb spot provides a welcoming base for your getaway. My husband and I live in Bristol Tenn. A 2 hour trip to get to our getaway. We’ve always loved the Smokies. I grew up as a child going to Sevierville to see my grandmother. My dad was born and raised there.
I love hosting. It gives me the opportunity to talk with so many people. I try my best to make each family feel welcome and happy with their stay. We love happy campers!

This is a gated friendly family oriented park. Very peaceful. It has a lot of ammenities. Basketball, shuffleboard, 2 pools, game room, ping pong table, fishing lake( catch and release). Trout stream. Horse shoes. A fourth of the owners are full time residents. Please keep your dog on leash at all times and do not trespass on anyone’s property. There is a golf course next door.
