気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
When we arrived for check in, the security guard did not have our name on the list and asked us to contact the company that owns the property. We tried to message through VRBO and that wasn’t working so we took it upon ourselves go find the number for Vandell Vacations. We spoke to two different women over the course of 3 hours who could not get us into the property and continued to say that this had never happened before. The last woman we spoke to claimed to call VRBO and try to find us different accommodations this was a lie. We called VRBO ourselves trying to resolve the issue and they had not had contact with the women who supposedly worked for vandell vacations. Upon further investigation, I looked at the charge on my credit card for the VRBO and it was listed as recurring as if the host was going to charge my card multiple times. I ended up having to literally dispute the charge and cancel my credit card due to fear of scam/fraud. The vandell vacation company then “refunded” my money and we were left stranded with no credit card to be able to book a new place to stay and no access to the VRBO. I highly recommend not booking this property or booking any other property through vandell vacations.
