Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:



• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

🛡️Damage Waiver / Security Deposit🛡️

You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.

It was spacious and comfortable with great views. There were coffee shops close by along with an amazing sushi restaurant and other restaurants. The pool area was very nice and relaxing.

The place was under remodeling, why would you rent something like that. The agent, owner or whomever it was who I was talking too said she was going to change me to another unit and she never answered my calls. This trip was a entire disaster plus all furniture was bad and missing bolts or whatever because it was all losses, table, chairs, coffee tables and all. I can continue writing but for what?
