This listing for "The Retreat" includes the main floor portion of the home and outdoor space only, which includes a kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry area, 3 bedrooms with King beds, 2 bathrooms, and outdoor living area including the main floor deck, and pool and spa only. Basement and top floor are not included or available to guests with this listing, and will remain unoccupied during your stay.

Main Floor, open concept living, tons of windows with beautiful sun set views and gorgeous lake views from every window. 2 sets of slider doors to take you to the fantastic deck overlooking the lake and pool.

Kitchen- Renovated in 2025 with gorgeous quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, well stocked with ample indoor and outdoor kitchenware, tons of kitchen appliances, massive kitchen nook with large oval pedestal table and built in cushioned bench seating for up to 8 people, and island seating for 4

Dining area- Equipped with large round dining table for 6

Living room - Large beautiful wood burning fireplace, 60” TV with Sonos surround sound, 2 large comfy couches, 2 swivel chairs. Plenty of room for everyone to lounge comfortably!

Master Bedroom with en suite - Comfortable and Stylish King bed with plush designer layered bedding and large tv. This room has French doors that lead to the new deck, outdoor dining and BBQ, and also an amazing lake view! Large en suite with walk-in closet has been completely renovated. You will feel pampered by the rain shower feature in this chic new space and large stand alone tub.

Outdoor area- You will love the huge gorgeous pool and spa, and main floor deck! While on the deck you will enjoy beautiful lake views from a cozy seating area outside the living room, and also a small covered dining area and BBQ. Deck stairs will take you right down to the pool.
You will enjoy the fire pit and lots of seating around the pool area. Enjoy sunbathing on the pool play pad while beating the heat on our chic in pool lounge chairs. Lots of sun, and plenty of shade in this area so that you won’t be scorched during those hot summer days.

This home lays on almost an 1/2 of an acre so has plenty of space to sprawl out and for the kids to run around! While the home isn’t technically lake front, when you cross through our pool gate that leads to the lake, the open space between the home and lake is community property, so during your stay you do have use of this entire area that includes a community boat dock, boat ramp, and community beach. Again, this is shared space, so please be respectful of any neighbors that may be using the area as well. Boat dock “Must” be reserved in advance with homeowner for any overnight boat use. There are additional requirements for guests bringing boats. Please message me for additional information.

There are 2 baby gates located in the home for use during your stay if desired, but they are not permanently mounted, therefore gates must be set up by guests in their own desired areas according to individual guest needs and must be taken town by guests upon departure. We do have a highchair and pack n play available for guest use, but these items must be requested and reserved in advance.

Sorry, no smoking or vaping of any kind, no illegal drugs, no running or jumping or diving in pool area, (especially from main floor deck), no glass in pool area, no swimming during severe weather (such as, but not limited to, thunder, lightening, tornados, hurricanes, etc) heating the spa during use is acceptable, but even attempting to heat the pool is strictly prohibited. No guns or weapons, no pets allowed, no parties or events allowed.

A maximum of 6 overnight guests allowed. Up to 10 people maximum are allowed in the home / on the property at any one time.

If guests are caught violating any of our rules, entire guest party may be asked or forced to leave immediately without a refund.

We do require a signed rental agreement and ID verification from our guests. We do have a minimum age requirement of 28. The person booking the home must be present throughout the stay. No sub renting is allowed!
