The house features all-new furniture, memory foam mattresses, fresh bedding and updated kitchen utensils. Watch your favorite shows on the 86-inch TV, take a ride to the beach on the new tricycles then rinse off in the outdoor shower
Our beach house offers the perfect coastal getaway, that is just a leisurely 7-minute walk to a private beach. You can soak in the sun, surf, and sand while enjoying exclusive access to the neighborhood beach or bay using the provided parking pass—perfect for days when you prefer a quick drive.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a new comfy sectional couch to enjoy the 86-Inch TV with surround sound.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen has as many cooking essentials as we could think of with pots and pans, a large pot for your family and friends to enjoy preparing a low country boil, Samsung appliances, oven with an air fryer, sharp knives, coffee station, blender, and so much more!

LAUNDRY:
We have a washer and dryer, so your group can pack as light as you want!

NEW ADDITION BEDROOM & BATHROOM:
- This bedroom and bath are on the ground level, totally separate from the upstairs living area, it has a private entrance on the back patio area

-Home is on pilings that has stairs, one bedroom/bath is on ground level
-No smoking
-$200 fee if beach pass is lost
-Neighborhood is a gravel road
Guest has access to the entire property except one garage area that is locked
All doors have Smart locks, each guest will have their own code for entry.
