The Space:

Perched on the top 8th floor of Bantay, this is the tower's standout unit — standout decor and a rare private outdoor kitchen where you can cook and entertain with panoramic views of Bucerías Bay as your backdrop. From sunrise coffees to sunset cocktails, the balcony and outdoor kitchen become the natural gathering point for the whole group. During whale season (December–March) you can spot whales passing right from where you're sitting.

The vibe here is quiet, laid-back, and residential—ideal for relaxing days and sunset strolls. Bucerías’ colorful town center, shops, and restaurants are just a 5-minute drive or a scenic 15-minute walk along the beach.



Getting Around:

A covered parking space is included with your stay. Taxis and ride-share apps are easy to arrange, and driving to downtown Bucerías or nearby beach towns like La Cruz or Sayulita is quick and convenient. Many guests enjoy walking along the beach into town. For added comfort, we may be able to coordinate private driver service—just ask in advance to confirm availability.
