Perfect spot for family time

We loved our time at B Nayar! It was so easy and comfortable to relax at the beach club and also in the private pool. Our host was fantastic! So supportive and responsive! Great location with lots of grocery stores and local spots at hand.

April family holiday.

Excellent stay. Beach club was first class with amazing pools and a very nice restaurant with very reasonable prices. Communication with Alejandra was easy and she quickly responded to any requests. All the people we met in the surrounding communities were trustworthy and eager to assist. We hope to return and highly recommend this Villa. Maurice and Vivianne.

Nice property, listing was inaccurate

Booked listing which stated 5 beds, upon arrival only 4 beds available. Property manager and VRBO acknowledged error, but refused to take any action to address the matter. Spoiled what should have been a good stay. Disappointing!!!

The customer service agent and the management company were not responsive to our concerns or needs. The unit is not what we expected nor was the property grounds. The advertisement lead us to believe the buildings, grounds and facilities were beautiful, lush, and more importantly clean. The walls were cracked/damaged, and completely marked up with hand prints, the beds were dirty and hard to sit on, there was a pungent smell, bugs everywhere, the pool was unkept, dirty with pieces broken, living furniture stained, and list goes on. Our group was unable to stay in this unit as people had severe allergies and health issues. We checked out upon arrival. Since leaving the unit we have been trying to get a refund, since we checked out and thus far, the company has not been willing to do so. This unit is not for the faint of heart.
Pieces of the ceiling fallen off with possible water damage.

We’re sorry this guest chose not to stay, but we respectfully disagree with the claims made. The villa was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to arrival and has hosted many satisfied guests without similar concerns. Minor hairline cracks are cosmetic and common in concrete construction in Mexico; they do not affect safety or habitability. The pool and property are regularly serviced and maintained 3 times a week. The guest chose to vacate shortly after arrival without allowing us the opportunity to inspect or address the concerns raised. We fully cooperated with VRBO, provided documentation, and the case was reviewed and ruled in our favor. We remain committed to maintaining high standards and providing responsive, professional service to all guests.
