The Mint Julep is a beautiful five-bedroom, four-bath coastal retreat in the coveted Summer’s Edge community of Seagrove Beach. Just steps from two community pools and private beach access, this home blends refined comfort with vibrant, stylish design. Thoughtfully furnished with a modern Old Florida charm, the interiors feel both elevated and inviting.

Located on the beach side of 30A, The Mint Julep sits directly across from Seagrove’s favorite shops, restaurants, and cafés, offering the rare convenience of walkability paired with a peaceful beachside setting. With spacious living areas, multiple porches, and six complimentary cruiser bikes, the home is designed for guests who appreciate comfort, style, and effortless coastal living.Guests will enjoy a variety of amenities including a gas grill, outdoor shower, cornhole, board games, books, charging stations in every bedroom, and both a drip coffee maker and Keurig. A full set of beach gear — backpack chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, backpack coolers, and a beach cart — makes trips to the shore easy and enjoyable.

Whether you are relaxing on the porch, biking to Seaside, exploring 30A, or gathering for meals after a sun-filled day, The Mint Julep is your perfect Seagrove Beach getaway.

We welcome up to two non-shedding dogs, each 45 pounds or under. A one-time pet fee of $200 per dog applies.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway at The Mint Julep!Our family just returned from an incredible weeklong Spring Break at The Mint Julep, and this home exceeded every expectation. The property is absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated, and located just steps away from both the pool and the beach. It offered the perfect amount of space for multiple families to spread out and relax without ever feeling crowded. We were especially impressed by how well-appointed the home was; the kitchen is fully stocked with every gadget you might need and there were plenty of high-quality bath and beach towels for everyone. A huge part of what made our stay so seamless was our host, Jeramy. She was incredibly kind, informative, and quick to respond to any questions we had. The outdoor amenities at The Mint Julep really set it apart, as we made daily use of the six amazing new beach cruisers to enjoy the quiet location that sits at a perfect midpoint between Seaside and Alys/Rosemary Beach. Having a dedicated beach shed was a total game-changer, as it was packed with chairs, an umbrella, a backpack cooler, and beach toys for the kids. With great restaurants just a short distance away and such a peaceful atmosphere to return to, this was truly the perfect vacation. As Floridians, this was our first trip to a 30A Beach destination and we cannot wait to come back!
