This cozy home offers families, couples, and groups of friends the perfect home base for all their Estes Park explorations. Located in a quiet neighborhood about a mile from town, you'll have the best of both worlds: a tranquil environment and easy access to in-town convenience. Lake Estes and the golf course are quite close by.

This property is conveniently close to downtown Estes Park while still providing an atmosphere of being “out of town.” This was our second stay at this property, and we loved it for our family of seven adults. The host was very responsive when we asked questions about recycling and about how the ceiling fans worked.

This house and location were perfect. The place was spotless and lots of space both inside and outside. Just like the photos. From the time we booked to when we left all communications were clear and timely. A short drive to downtown Estes and RMNP entrance. We highly recommend this place and would stay again with family.

100% would stay here again. Home was well appointed, especially the kitchen. There was even a coffee grinder and French press in addition to the drip coffee pot. Beds were comfy. We saw elk wandering the neighborhood. Host communicated well. Great stay.

Great Place

This was the absolute perfect place for our family of 5. So close to everything and such gorgeous view right from the house. Walkable to downtown. Would highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful time visiting Estes and RMNP! The home was spacious, very clean, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the beds and provide extra bed linens. They felt very soft, possibly mattress toppers are worn out. Other than that, it was a great home for our family. Bonus- We loved watching the wildlife that wandered through the yards!

Four of us stayed in Estes Park for a week and we had a wonderful time. The house we stayed in was wonderful. It had everything we needed and it was close to shops and dining. You can walk to town as it's only a mile away, but there is one steep hill that you have to walk up upon return. We would stay here again.

Lovely!

Our stay here from start to finish was perfect! The communication with the property managers before was the best that I have had staying in a VRBO property, and we have stayed at many! The home was also extremely clean on arrival and it was very well appointed with everything we needed. Easy check out process was a bonus for us as well!! We absolutely loved RMNP and Estes Park and hope to be back…. and we would not hesitate staying at this home again if we do so!

Excellent house!

Stayed with our family 2 and bulldog Tilly. The house is in a great location ... Just a couple of minutes to downtown Estes. The back yard is fenced if you bring your pets. Deer and Elk would come through the property most mornings. We very much enjoyed the stay and will book it again!

Family weekend with adult children

The Morgan Pine House was the perfect place for us to gather and enjoy each other’s company while taking advantage of the amazing location. Not only was it fully stocked with everything we needed, it was comfortable and the fenced yard made dog maintenance a breeze. We loved every minute of our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Feels like home!

We stayed here while attending a week long dog show. The home is clean, comfortably furnished and the kitchen was perfect. The fenced back yard was a definite plus, as was the elk who joined us for coffee most mornings.

Great weekend getaway

My family rented this house for the weekend and it was a perfect getaway. We didn't go into town due to Covid restrictions, and the house had everything we needed for the weekend. It was cozy and clean, and we can't wait to rent it again in the summer.

Beautiful Home But Poor Costumer Service from Property Manager

When we arrived (October 2020) the air quality was hazardous to human health and health and safety declarations had been issued warning individuals to stay inside and not to drive due to the local wildfires. The wildfires worsened overnight and we ended up leaving town the next morning just before the city was officially evacuated. The property manager is local and could have at least given us a warning before we traveled about how bad the air quality was (I received multiple texts/emails about checking-in, but nothing about how serious and unsafe it was in Estes Park). We ended up getting a partial refund but it took multiple phone calls to the agency (Vacasa) and was like pulling teeth. They seem to prioritize keeping as much of my rental fee as possible over my personal safety and wellbeing. The home itself was absolutely beautiful and I would love to rebook but do not feel comfortable working with Vacasa again.

Beautiful updated house with plenty of space to move around.

This is a beautiful updated house. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and had great access to everything. The house was perfect!
