Ready to Unwind in the sun, Explore or Fish? You get it ALL here!
Upon arriving, you will find a covered patio with a ramp for your wheeled luggage. Beyond this, you will walk out to your private deck with a dock. You will want to linger here with a chance to see the Manatee. This canal gives you direct access to the canal system that leads you right out to Charlotte Harbor and then out to the Gulf Coast. Stop at the Historic Riviera Bar and Grill on your way out on the water. You get use of 2 sit-on-top Yellow Fin kayaks.
There is a boat launch directly across from your dock to load your boat.
Step inside, and you are in the sun filled dining area. Living area has a swivel chair and a full sofa. Above this, you will find games and books.
DVD player and Roku stick for streaming. The coffee bar is nicely appointed. The kitchen is fully furnished and even has an air fryer. The bathroom is clean and convenient, w/toilet bidet, shower w/small tub. Bedroom has a new memory foam hybrid Queen size mattress that awaits you at the end of the day. There is a television and a separate A/C unit to keep you cool and comfortable. Space heater for the cooler nights.
FREE secure WiFi included for remote working or for streaming.
Conveniently located just a few steps from your door, are the Resorts pool, Huge hot tub, laundry facility and club house, They also have billiards, shuffleboard, horseshoes. and a gas fire pit for social gatherings.
We hope that you find we have included everything you would expect for a comfortable stay, and then extras that will bring you back. If you want to stay longer than 2 weeks, please ask about a discounted rate.

We are a young couple in our 50's! We currently live in Michigan and we started traveling to the sunshine state in 2023. We hung out around the Silver Springs area and enjoyed kayaking the springs. We took the time to consider where we would want to be and we came across this place. It is conveniently located to the airport. Take Allegiant Air's non-stop flights from GR to Punta Gorda. Then the airport is a short 8 minute drive to this site. The canal gets you out to the Peace River, Charlotte Harbor or Gulf Coast with ease. This particular site is located directly across from the private boat launch and just steps from the pool, hot tub and club house activities! Bring your clothes and I am pretty sure you will find that we have you covered for a comfortable stay. The unit is fully furnished. You may have to hit the local Publix for the groceries and perishables. We have done full time RV travel for 2 years and bought this used RV for the location first. We are slowly doing renovations to make it as aesthetically pleasing as possible while you enjoy the best things about it. Whether you are looking to Unwind and get some sun, or get out to do some good world competition fishing, you can do both of those here!
We thought it would be fun to capture the folks that stay with us. Where are you from and what brought you to our place. There will be a journal/guest book available. The bathroom is going to be going through a remodel. New pictures will be added upon completion. While we are new hosts, we are ready to meet your needs. If you can think of anything we may have not thought of or provided, please feel free to reach out to us. We are open to adding amenities to deliver the best experience possible.

The great staff is always ready to help.

Launch your own boat at boat launch and you could literally give it a push and have it at your dock to tie down. This place has high end resort amenities!
