Welcome to Home By The Sea at Chateau La Mer – 1C, your cozy coastal retreat just steps from the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast. Nestled between the ever-popular Crystal Beach and Miramar Beach on Old Scenic 98, this beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and beachside charm—ideal for couples or small families looking to unwind by the Gulf.

Inside, you'll find an inviting open layout with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. The bedroom features a king bed with a brand-new mattress and a smart TV for relaxing evenings. The living area includes two leather sofas, one of which is a queen sleeper, plus a smart TV for movie nights after a day at the beach.

The fully stocked kitchen makes dining in easy, while the private washer and dryer add extra convenience for longer stays. Step out onto the private balcony, accessible from both the living room and bedroom, and enjoy a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf—perfect for morning coffee or sunset relaxation.

Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and is just a 2-minute walk to private beach access & FREE BEACH SERVICE!

Guests also enjoy fantastic on-site amenities including a seasonally heated community pool, tennis and pickleball courts, playground, and charcoal grills.

Please note these are starter items only you may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of your stay.

Occupancy: Max 4 guests allowed.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking the reservation.
Security Verification: Must complete security verification to secure verification.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors and windows.
Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Please place used towels in the bathrooms before checkout.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outdoor bins before departure.
Departure: Turn off all lights, TVs, appliances, and securely lock doors and windows when leaving.

Great stay by the beach!

Great last minutes find in Rosemary Beach! Very clean and well appointed condo directly across the street from private beach access. We loved the private patio and easy check in process but the 2 chairs & umbrella daily made this the best place to stay in Destin!

This was the perfect spot for a vacation. It is right by the beach. Very short walk. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The pool and the pickleball courts were nice. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to Destin!

Fabulous weekend getaway

We absolutely loved the location of this property. A short two minute walk to the beach, several nearby restaurants nearby. overall great location and the condo was perfect for a weekend getaway for my husband and me.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever rented. Short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed, except a pizza cutter but we easily made due. Will definitely rent again.

This condo was fantastic and close to beach!!

Condo was very clean and close to beach and restaurants. The Fun Pass was awesome, we used daily ziplined, fishing trip, and golf at some very nice course!! We will be back!!

Very nice!

While the outside appearance of the buildings are very unassuming compared to some of the other surrounding properties, our unit was beautifully furnished/decorated. It was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Felt like home! Easy access to beach, the included beach service was wonderful and the pool was nice and never crowded. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location!

Easy check in and room exactly as advertised. Private access to beach, nice furniture, appliances and balcony area. Easy walk to several restaurants. Outside shower to rinse before heading indoors. Overall great stay- I did have someone swipe/scratch my car in the parking area but things happen!
