Are you ready for the family vacation of a lifetime? One where you meander down the driveway and immediately know you've picked the perfect vacation spot? Look no further! This spacious lake home offers lots of space with an original mid-century A-frame structure, flanked by wings on either side. Two living areas allow for those who want to snuggle on the large sectional sofa for an evening movie in one room while others enjoy a rousing board or card game in the other. Loads of glass facing the lake makes for incredible views from most rooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and newly renovated ensuite bath with shower stall. In addition, on the main level there are two bedrooms with sliders out to the lakeside deck. One has a king bed and, the other, a queen bed. The kids will love the second floor "bunkie" room with 6 twin beds, making the perfect place for late night giggle-fests or ghost stories. In addition, there's a small, unique loft in the point of the A-frame of the house with 2 cozy twin beds (stairs to the loft are narrow). Outside, you'll find a large deck with plenty of dining space and a large gas grill where the grill-master will enjoy preparing the evening feast while taking in beautiful lake views. Just imagine sitting on the sand on a hot summer day and, when you need to cool off, swimming out to the raft where you can enjoy some peace and quiet (until the rest of the group finds you). If you'd like to get out on the lake to explore all Winnipesaukee has to offer, bring or rent a boat. The dock will accommodate a boat up to 22 feet in length (a boat trailer may be parked on the garage side of the house). In the unfinished walk-out lower level, there's even a convenient rustic bathroom with shower. In the evening you'll find yourselves gathered around the fire-pit on the beach for some reconnecting and, of course, that lake vacation must - 'smores (have 2, we won't tell).
The fireplaces are off limits and may not be used.
AC: Central A/C in half of the house (includes primary bedroom). Mini-split systems in living areas in the rest of the house as well as the king and queen bedrooms. Stand-alone split A/C unit in the bunk room. No A/C in the A-frame loft with 2 twins or the 2nd floor office.
Parking for 8 cars.
Dock for up to a 22' boat. Owner uses one side of the dock for their boat.
This property requires a refundable $500 damage deposit.
LINENS: Please note: Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $275. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
