Two separate living areas offer distinct entertainment experiences whether hosting a family game night in the main living room or watching a movie and playing piano in the lower living room. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, on the main level with bathroom directly across the hall.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, on the lower level with shared bathroom in hall.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, on the lower level with shared bathroom in hall.



All bathrooms have walk-in showers.



We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations.

While we love pets, this rental property has a strict no-pet policy, which is important for maintaining a clean and safe environment for all.

Guest Access:

Guests access the house with a keypad code directly into the beautifully designed entryway. A perfect spot to leave your shoes, bags and outdoor items prior to walking upstairs into the main living area.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located on tidal spruce creek. A perfect retreat getaway for total and utter relaxation. Famous Chauncey Creek Lobster Pound is located right down the street and a great place to catch the sunset while dining on Maine lobster! Beaches (Crescent, Seapoint); State Parks (Fort Foster, Fort McClary) all within walking/biking distance; hip, hot Kittery Foreside featuring great restaurants, bars and shops only 3 miles away; historic, charming Portsmouth, NH with even more restaurants, bars, shops only 5 miles away; the beach towns of York, Maine (3 miles away) and Ogunquit, Maine (10 miles away). The Kittery Outlets feature world-class shopping (4 miles away). Boston is just over an hour south, and Portland, Maine is 45 minutes north on I-95.



Getting Around:

Within a 10 minute drive you have so many shopping, dining, and coastal adventure options. This house is perfectly located in nature, while easily accessible to the best activities available on the seacoast! Kittery Point is a great area for walking and biking, but a car is necessary for getting around. Taxi services are available but not always consistent. The Pease Tradeport/Transportation Center in Portsmouth features bus service to Boston and New York City.



Other Things to Note:

WATER ACCESS: Please be aware that the property has direct access to the unfenced tidal Chauncey Creek, which may not be suitable for young children.



KAYAKS/PADDLES: You can only use Kayak/paddle boards from 2 hours before high tide to 2 hours after high tide or you will get stuck and not be able to return home. For example: If high tide is at 1:30pm you can safely go out on the Kayaks/Paddle Boards from 11:30am - 3:30pm. Please review tide charts before going out on the water and pay close attention to the time.



OUTSIDE DOCK: Remove items off dock when not in use. Wind will blow them away into the water.



SMART TV: A Roku smart TV is available in the lower level living room; you can log into your streaming accounts during your stay.
