Thoughtfully designed with parents, kids, and pets in mind, this two-bedroom bungalow blends coastal charm with Zodura’s signature touches of wellness, comfort, and connection.

Whether you’re chasing the sunrise, soaking up the salty breeze, or winding down together in your private yard, The Reef House is your space to rest, reset, and reconnect.

Located just one block from the beach, this bright and beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bath offers the perfect mix of style, comfort, and calm. Half of our family stay duplex, this unit has been completely refreshed with new furniture, coastal-inspired décor, and Zodura’s signature wellness touches.

Inside, you’ll find a queen bedroom and a second room with a full + twin bunk bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or small groups.

The open living and dining area features abundant natural light and a large Smart TV for cozy movie nights. The equipped kitchen includes everything you need for home-style meals—stainless appliances, cookware, coffee, and local touches that make cooking together a joy.

A wellness closet in the main bedroom holds light fitness equipment (exercise flooring and resistance bands), plus a few of our favorite natural essentials to help you reset and stay grounded. Throughout the home, you’ll find eco-friendly doTERRA cleaning products, gentle on your body and the planet.

Outside, unwind on your private patio or stroll a minute down the street to the dog-friendly beach. With its pet-friendly policy, fenced yard, and family amenities, this home is the ideal space to recharge by the sea.

Whether you’re here to explore Cocoa Beach’s surf scene, launch adventures at Kennedy Space Center, or simply rest and reconnect as a family, you’ll find your rhythm here.

We provide keyless entry with digital door locks.

To ensure a comfortable and stress-free start to your stay, we’ve stocked the home with a thoughtful selection of essentials:

-Paper towels & toilet paper
-Coffee pods
-Light cleaning supplies (doTERRA products)
-Garbage bags & sponges
-Dish soap & dishwasher tabs

If you need additional supplies during your stay, you’re welcome to replenish them locally as needed. Also, if you plan to use the washer/dryer, you will need your own laundry soap/dryer sheets.

PLEASE NOTE:
We adore furry family members! This particular space is dog-friendly. A $100 fee per dog, per stay applies.

Please keep dogs off furniture and bedding (we have a dog bed in the living room for them!), and never leave them unattended.

The fenced yard and hose access near the entryway make returns from the beach and playtime easy and comfortable for both pets and families.
