● Two spacious queen bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, dresser, and closet,
offering a true suite-like experience.
● A gourmet open-concept kitchen with a large island, perfect for entertaining. Outfitted
with Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances.
● A beautifully designed living area with a comfortable sofa, two lounge chairs, and a
dining space for gathering.
● A balcony with downtown views.
● Exquisite finishes from floor to ceiling, ensuring a stylish, high-end atmosphere.
● Two private parking spots are included.

events shall occur between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Special events
for a commercial purpose shall be prohibited at all times.
