PET FRIENDLY
An additional non-refundable pet fee is collected after booking. Any damage caused by pets will incur a minimum fee of $350.


INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Let me start by saying that the house itself is beautiful. everything was fresh, clean, and beautifully decorated. Proximity to the beach is great.there were some difficulties during our stay.When we checked in there was no wifi and a broken latch on main level. I contacted the host (management company not an individual.) then received texts saying someone would be out that day. It was Easter so they never showed, understandable. I was then told they would be there the next day. Never showed. Same each day. I would get random texts from different numbers from the company no names of who was texting me, no one would answer. I even called one of the three numbers and was told that they couldn’t promise wifi for someone that needed to work on vacation.The first four things listed under essentials on their listing are about the great wifi.The house was listed with certain amenities that it didn’t have. Wifi was finally up the night before our checkout. Broken latch on the main level door was never addressed, a safety concern as we had two toddlers. Having a management company instead of an individual for a host was a bit of a nightmare. When I tried to contact VRBO after we returned i was told too bad being that i did not contact them directly. We survived without wifi of course. Just know, good luck getting in touch with someone directly or any compensation from VRBO or owner if things aren’t as they are listed. It would have been nice to have compensation for inconveniences.
