While the cottage sleeps 10 comfortably, the kitchen table seats 9 and patio table seats 8.
Some notes regarding the back yard -This home was purchased Nov 2025 so new outdoor pictures are still pending due to snow. We’ve done a lot of work so far like removing many trees and overgrown bushes. So the backyard is pretty big.. patio good size as well. If you’d like we can tell you how to look up the previous realtor listing to see the yard pictures (which look much better in reality from the clean up we have done & all new entire home cedar shingle siding). Our rental policy is minimum age of 24. You may be asked to provide ID.
