Disney Fort Wilderness Cabin – The Outpost (30 mins from Beach)

Cozy living spaces, Roku TVs in both the living room and bedroom, and thoughtful touches throughout make it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Outside, fire up the charcoal grill for a laid-back cookout, or sip your morning coffee on the outdoor furniture while listening to the sounds of nature all around you.

The cabin sits close to beautiful state parks and preserved lands — ideal for hiking, kayaking, or spotting wildlife. Yet when you’re ready for dining, shopping, or a night out, the conveniences of Jacksonville and Fernandina Beach are within an easy drive.

🏡 Fort Wilderness Cabin House Rules
• Check-in after 4:00 PM / Check-out by 10:00 AM
• No smoking or vaping indoors — outdoors only.
• No parties or events without prior approval.
• Registered guests only — no unapproved visitors. Maximum 6 guests (everyone age 2 and up counts).
• Guests must be 21 or older unless a parent or guardian books and stays.
• Pets welcome: up to 2 animals, 50 lbs maximum each. Pet fee: $25 per stay. For larger breeds, please message us for permission before booking.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (please respect neighbors and wildlife).
• No hunting on the property.
• Please lock doors and windows when leaving.
• Do not move furniture between rooms.
• No fireworks, candles, or open flames. The charcoal grill is fine.
• Clean dishes, cookware, and utensils before check-out.
• Do not leave food outside — it attracts wildlife.
• Place garbage in sealed bags and use outdoor bins.
• Enjoy the Disney Fort Wilderness history — but please treat décor and furniture with respect.
• Report any damages or issues immediately.
