The open-concept living area is bright and inviting, with stylish décor and a comfortable lounge perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the city.

Unit is located on the Ground floor with easy street access.

The dining area has seating for 6 and the kitchen bar has seating for 2, a dining table with sating for four, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

PARKING: This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space (complimentary), additional metered street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.

WHAT`S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 1 queen-sized air mattresses,, free WiFi (75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.
