Your very own private walkway leads you directly to the smooth, sandy beach where you will find plenty of seashells and few crowds. If you get lucky, you may even catch a glimpse of the family of dolphins that regularly frolics along the shore. Two spacious covered decks share the same unobstructed views as the dune deck but are just steps away from the air-conditioning and indoor conveniences. Confidently go barefoot whenever you’re outside… decks feature Trex flooring which is extremely easy on the feet, and the large grassy backyard is perfect for outdoor games. After a full day in the sun, you can enjoy a refreshing and rejuvenating rinse in the private outdoor shower before you climb into the hammock swing for an afternoon nap. Fire up the large gas grill and enjoy your cocktails and dinner al fresco – there is plenty of outdoor seating to go around by the pool or on the deck. And once the sun sets, the six-person hot tub on the deck will allow you to delight in the cool evening breezes as you gaze into the starry skies, perhaps while enjoying a crisp glass of wine. You may never want to come back inside! In the unlikely event that you get bored with the sand and sunshine (we know that's not likely), there are plenty of comforts and entertainment options inside. Grab your favorite seat, kick your feet up, and enjoy the views from the full wall of windows overlooking the ocean. Youtube TV provided or your own streaming service should satisfy most, but if you need some quiet time, you can retreat to the second Flex living area downstairs which features a 55” smart HD TV and a comfy sleeper sofa.
