Absolutely unacceptable experience.
Rating Details:
The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Before we even arrived, I received a call asking exactly who would be staying in the room and the ages of everyone. I travel and stay in hotels regularly, and I have NEVER been questioned like that before. I even told them during the call that I had never experienced anything like it.But it got worse.After we checked in and were told the room was ready, I left to go to the store while my children stayed behind. A maintenance woman then WALKED INTO THE ROOM on my children because she needed to fix a shower curtain. Why was maintenance still being done AFTER guests had already been cleared to check in? That should have been handled before handing us the keys. There is absolutely no reason anyone should be entering an occupied room like that, especially with children inside.Then we get to the condition of the place. No TVs in the rooms, outdated furniture, and overall it felt like the property desperately needs updating. For what you pay to stay somewhere, you expect basic comfort, privacy, and a room that is actually ready when you check in.The biggest issue for me is the lack of professionalism and respect for guests’ privacy. If a room still needs maintenance, DON’T CHECK PEOPLE INTO IT.I would not stay here again, and I definitely would not recommend this property to families traveling with children. Do better.
