Terrible, wouldn’t book here ever again. Owner double booked this place so we went into the room where other people were sleeping at 10:00 at night, then to be left stranded no where to go with our family. Terrible communication from owner who basically told us oh well go find a hotel. DO NOT RENT FROM Kara Kottman Percy ever!!

Guest was fully refunded, and found another accommodation through VRBO. That is why they used VRBO platform to book . They worked it out with VRBO . property is amazing , beach front, good bargin - guest was upset to have to relocate even after being fully refunded and left me a 1 star review when she didin't even stay at the property - is what it is - people these days are nuts.
