The first floor offers a spacious living area with an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen spaces—ideal for gathering and relaxing together. Step out onto the large covered porch, the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or planning your day. A full bathroom on this level adds extra convenience.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
