Panoramic views with a large balcony overlooking the Gulf. Located on the quiet West end, one mile from Pier Park, across the street from Winn Dixie and CVS Pharmacy. Beach facing pool and hot tub. We are on the 4th floor of AquaVista, a low rise complex with secured covered parking onsite. Washer and dryer inside the unit. If you are looking for a great condo, with a great location, this is the place. We have reduced rates for this rental, so book now for great rates!

Aqua Vista is a great place to stay. It is within walking distance of Pier Park, and the resort is only 8 floors high.This unit was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to cook food and a good selection of dishes. The bedrooms were nicely furnished, and the bathrooms had been nicely updated. Great place to stay - with easy access to a lot of shopping and dinning.

Easy parking, great view, great communication with the host, overall great place to spend at the beach. Beach was never crowded when we were there and neither was the pool or hot tub. Had a great trip and look forward to another!

I recommend this unit and host to anyone staying at Aquavista!! Excellent experience. This is our second stay at Aquavista and it was such a breeze. Ease of access to the beach and pool is great. Parking is not crazy, and there was never a wait for an elevator. The views are amazing. The condo has everything we needed to be comfortable. It even has some beach chairs and beach toys! We love staying in this area & this will definitely be our return place to book!Rhonda is AWESOME!!!

Very clean condo. Host was very responsive to messages or text, within a couple of minutes she was back in touch with me. Parking was awesome! Not far at all from the parking lot to the elevator and no crowed elevator or waiting on them at all big plus for me. Kitchen had all the appliances you need, plenty of pots and pans and even had a crockpot! Will definitely be staying again in the near future.

This condo is a gem!The host was accommodating and had excellent communication with us prior to and during our stay. The space was extremely clean and has a very nice remodel - exactly what we hoped for. It is great for all ages.The ocean view and direct beach access can’t be beat!

You are missing out if you don’t stay here! Gated property which helped us feel safer, stylish updated condo with more than everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen. Multiple elevators. We loved the roomy balcony, comfortable beds, unbeatable views, and quiet location that was close to Pier Park. This 2 bed and 2 bed bath was perfect for myself, husband & sister. Not overpriced and very clean. The host was on target for communication regarding being accessible and for the parking pass. We can not wait to book here again!! Couldn’t have asked for more.

Right on the water with incredible views! The unit was just as described with lots of little extras, as well! Nice, clean, and quiet-exactly what this teacher needed to get through the rest of the school year:)

We had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The beachfront location was the highlight—direct access to the beach and stunning views made it extra special. Parking was also very easy and convenient.The host was great to work with, with immediate communication starting from booking and excellent responsiveness prior and throughout our stay, making everything smooth and stress-free.Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We are from Arkansas (Go Hogs!) We previously owned a condo at Polynesian Village that was listed on VRBO for 12 years. We had 117 excellent reviews as hosts, and hope to continue this with our new condo, Sea Sand and Skye, which was named after our granddaughter.

We love the West End of PCB and immediately fell in love with this condo. It is so close to everything and right on the beach.

When we purchased this condo, we did a complete renovation on it. It has new hurricane proof windows, new flooring, paint, interior doors and furnishings.
