The most spacious of all our properties, the Gran Bahama villas offer more than 1,700 square feet near the Magic Kingdom. This villa boasts a highchair and portable play yard for families traveling with infants. This home also features a well-equipped kitchen and an in-home laundry room. The Gran Bahama Villa has all the conveniences of home combined with all the amenities of a resort. So whether you start your day with a coffee on the screened balcony of your villa, a swim in one of Bahama Bay's four pools, or a walk around the beautifully maintained grounds. Bahama Bay is an ideal location for your next Orlando vacation.



The Bahama Bay Resort & Spa boasts shared amenities, including pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and a sauna. Located on the shores of Old Lake Davenport, you can enjoy the sand beach, view wildlife from the pier, or relax in a hammock. The resort is also conveniently located near Polo Park East Golf Course. Located only 10 miles from Walt Disney World, plenty of local dining and shopping options are nearby. Disney Springs offers over 100 shops and 60 restaurants, along with daily and nightly entertainment. Gatorland has a free-flight aviary, petting zoo, animal shows, zip line, and a new Stompin' Gator Off-Road Adventure. For additional entertainment, Sea World is just 16 miles away, Universal Studios is 22 miles, and for the younger guests, Legoland Florida is 23 miles away from the resort.



The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, located within the resort, is poolside on Lake Davenport's shore. All shared amenities are open and operating under limited capacity and new operating hours. Specific information will be provided after booking.



Please note:

Outdoor parking is available at no charge.

Motorcycles are permitted but may not remain on a trailer.

Trailers of any kind, RVs, and jet skis are not allowed. Commercial or logo-marked vehicles are also prohibited unless they are actively providing service or making a delivery.



Other Things to Note:

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
