The cutest little cottage in the best location! The host is very communicative and helpful. Traveling by yourself or with your spouse, this place is a very safe and convenient option!

Little Fern Cottage is even better than advertised! The host was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. We were given a welcome packet that had the ferry schedule, golf cart rental companies, etc. everything to make our stay on Elbow seamless. Location is a short walk or golf cart ride to everything you want to explore. We will be booking again soon.

The cottage was absolutely perfect in every way! It was very conveniently located to the beach, the sound, restaurants and stores. I'd recommend renting a golf cart to get around. It was immaculate, looked brand new, the interior was very nicely appointed. There were plenty of towels for bathing and swimming. There was a Keurig coffee maker and plenty of coffee pods available, which were very much appreciated. The kitchen had everything that a small kitchen should have. We were extremely pleased with our experience throughout our entire stay. We will definitely book this cottage again and have already recommended it to family and friends. Book it, you will be delighted, we sure were.

Amazing, Amazing! The location was perfect. A quick golf cart ride to Abaco Inn, Seaspray, etc. Home was stunning and private. Will book here again without question!
