STARTER KIT-To help you settle in, we provide a starter kit that includes: 1 Paper Towel Roll / 2 Toilet Paper, 1 Dish Sponge / Dish Soap / Hand Soap, 2 Trash Bags / Coffee Pods, Shampoo / Conditioner / Body wash, Complete sets of fresh linens, washcloths, hand and bath towels for each guest. Wet slip (no lift or power) available for boats! Flat fee of $100 per reservation. Waived for stays of 7 nights or more. This property has four units that share the private beach, dock, and outdoor seating areas. You will have full access to these shared amenities during your stay. The unit is located on the first floor. No dishwasher in the unit. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be towing any trailers Due to the coastal, subtropical environment and waterfront location, insects and wildlife may occasionally be present despite regular professional pest service. By booking, guests acknowledge this, assume the risk, and agree to exercise caution around the property and shoreline.
