The Space:

Experience true Chicago living at the Wrigleyville Oasis—a space designed for comfort, connection, and Cubs spirit. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel at home, while the main bedroom offers wide, comfortable beds for a great night’s sleep. Hosting a group? We provide extra space without sacrificing comfort. Start your mornings with our coffee & tea bar and grab-and-go breakfast items. Unwind with our 50” smart TV featuring Netflix, Hulu Live, Disney+, and Prime.



Owned by true Cubs fans, this home offers a warm welcome and the perfect base for game days, concerts, and city adventures.



Guest Access:

We are located so close to the action that you will receive special directions 24 hours prior to check-in. Please contact your host if we have not contacted you in time or if you have further questions. You will need a special permit to park. We will provide you with 1 permit per night of your reservation. PLEASE READ THE DIRECTIONS ON THE PASS BEFORE YOUR PLACE THEM IN YOUR VEHICLE. For additional parking, you will need a paid off-street parking space, which is available upon special request. Please let us know in advance if you need more than 1 parking space.



Other Things to Note:

Complimentary street parking permits are provided for one vehicle per stay, in accordance with city regulations that limit permit availability every 30 days. Please carefully read and follow the parking pass instructions before placing them in your vehicle. If you plan to bring more than one car, let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to share alternative parking options.

My group of four (4) were there for the Cross Town Baseball Series between the Cubs and White Sox. Excellent place to stay for attending Cubs games. A minute walk and you are on Wrigley property. Multiple food locations near the property. I plan to stay here the next time we are visiting for games.

I wish I knew it was a basement of a house but even it being the basement it had everything needed for a week and weekend stay. 30 second walk to the field too!

Amazing place! Our first time to visit Wrigley Field. The location is great. You can see the field from front door and less than 1/2 block walk. Everything was great. Even though we were there for the Detroit Tigers (Tigers & Cubs were playing) the decor was wonderful. Clean and welcoming! If we plan on going again, this will be our first pick! Thank you Carlos! Had a great time!
