Welcome to the newest addition to the VRBO townhomes in Ketchum. This well-located 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sits right along Trail Creek, just about a half mile from River Run and an easy walk into downtown Ketchum for restaurants, coffee, galleries, and shops.

Inside, the condo comfortably sleeps four guests, with space for a couple kids on the pull-out couch if needed. The primary bedroom also has a small private balcony overlooking the creek - a great spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

One of the best parts about staying here is how easy it is to get around once you arrive. If your plan is to spend time around town, you really don’t need a car. You can walk to breakfast, lunch, and dinner and not worry about trying to find parking in the evenings.

In the winter, the free town bus system makes it easy to get to River Run, Warm Springs, the Village or Dollar Mountain. In the summer, you can hop on your mountain bike and reach just about anywhere in the valley. Honestly, on a nice winter morning I’ve walked to River Run to ski, skin, or hike with coffee in hand.

If you’re looking for a quiet night in, the living room has a 65" Sony Google TV and a very comfortable couch for movie nights. Each bedroom also has its own TV with streaming apps and WiFi - just log into your accounts and you’re set.

Parking is simple and right outside the front door. No garages, elevators, or long hallways to deal with. If you’re traveling with bikes or other gear, there’s also space to store things safely on the deck facing the creek.

If you know the valley, you know this location is pretty central to everything while still having the peace and quiet of being along a mountain creek. If you don’t know the area and you’re wondering whether this is a good spot - it probably is.

This townhome is new to us and we’re continuing to improve it as we go. There may be more than meets the eye beyond what you see in the photos. Our goal is to under promise and over deliver.
