This was a very clean and well maintained property. The location is excellent with beach access right across the street. Being able to bring our older fur baby was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend. A little side note, the coffee maker is a Keurig single coffee maker. There is not an actual coffee pot. This is only important to us coffee lovers.

Perfect choice for what we wanted. Very clean and neat. Only problem I had was 3 days before checking I was informed that there would not be any linen on the beds or bath towels. Told her I would bring my own towels just give me bed linen. Well I was told I had to get the whole package and it would be 125 extra dollars to order. I feel like when I booked I should have been aware of that issue prior to booking. But other than that it was very spacious and comfortable. Will book again

We are glad you enjoyed your stay at this home. In regards to linens; we advertise in our listing description that linens are not included and are an additional fee. This is also outlined in our rental contract that is acknowledged in order to book the home. I'm sorry that you did not review all pertinent information about the rental. I did inquire with you a few days before your arrival because you did not order or decline linens when booking like most guests do. Where many rental companies charge guests for linens as a line item fee, we give guests a choice because many prefer to bring their own.

Very nice accommodations!

The house is very nicely furnished and had everything we needed. I have been renting houses and condos for years and this one was one of the cleanest. That is extremely important to me, I was impressed! The ease of walking to the beach was great too!

Beach Trip

The house was just as advertised. It was very clean an convenient to the beach as well as other activities. Cherry Grove is a wonderful family atmosphere and would love to stay here again.

Family vacation

Beautiful home with easy access to the beach. Super clean!! Perfect size for our family of 5 adults and our dog. Weather was great and we were able to enjoy time on the decks (really appreciate the gates on the deck!!). Will definitely look forward to returning!!

Great house, perfect location

This is a nicely laid out house with everything we needed. Super clean and right across the street from beach access path. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the front porch listening to the waves and a beautiful inter-coastal waterway view from the back porch.

Family Trip

The house was beautiful and clean. Very short walk to the beach. We loved that our dogs could join us on our vacation. Our youngest son now calls it our new house!

Great family getaway

The house was very well appointed and comfortable for our family of four. We stayed in Summer of 2022, and enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. With little kids, the outside shower was the star of the show and made our lives so much easier.

Fabulous!

We truly enjoyed our stay here (our fur baby loved it too!) The place was clean and very nicely decorated. The location was awesome for walks on the beach and also to find some “grass” for our dog. We will definitely be back in the Fall!

Excellent

We have stayed at Blanches properties for many years. This was the first time at Toddy’s and it did not disappoint. Great home, clean and comfortable. Blanche is great to work with and we love her homes. Highly recommend!

Refreshing

As a wife, dementia patient caregiver, toddler mom and hound dog momma, I can honestly say that all of our specific needs were met. We enjoyed the beautiful views and the gated deck areas. My only suggestion would be to update the full bed mattresses. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend booking Toddy's.

Absolutely perfect

House was awesome! We just had to cross the street, and we were at the beach. Our dogs totally enjoyed it and we did too. Loved the fact that the deck was gated. The dogs would go out to sunbathe for a bit each day. This was a wonderful escape from the cold in Napa.

To clarify on this review; we do not charge guests a cleaning fee so I'm not sure what this is in reference to. As for the cleaning service "not much for what we paid for"....I am in each home directly before each guest checks in so I 100% know exactly the condition of the home. I'm not sure why this guest thought our cleaning wasn't much? Perhaps a sterile operating room would fit better for their vacation? This home was cleaned as normal, top to bottom. If there was any issue, I would have like to have been notified immediately rather than having this vague comment in a review along with factually innaccurate information regarding a non-existent cleaning fee. I can only say that this review lacks any credibility.
