Sliding glass doors open to a spacious screened-in balcony where you can dine outdoors, sip your morning coffee, and let the island breeze flow through the home.
The kitchen is bright and well-equipped, offering white cabinetry, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals for yourself and your guests. A dining table for four sits just off the kitchen, with additional seating at the breakfast bar for casual meals or conversation.
The primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony access, and tranquil views of the nature preserve. The en-suite bathroom features a double-vanity sink, walk-in shower, and a stand-alone soaking tub, along with a spacious walk-in closet. The first guest bedroom includes a queen bed, its own TV, and a dedicated desk—perfect for remote work. The third bedroom also offers a queen bed and TV, giving everyone plenty of comfort and privacy. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo and an in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience.
Downstairs, the oversized garage provides ample room for multiple vehicles and even a small boat. Just behind the garage is a tucked-away screened balcony overlooking the canal, offering a quiet spot to unwind. Step outside and you’ll find a private dock along the water—an ideal place to enjoy the scenery, watch for wildlife, or simply relax in the peaceful setting.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.
Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters.
