This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a corner unit with an amazing screened in wrap around lanai that has a view of the Gulf.! Great restaurants and shopping across the street.! Underground parking with Fitness room, pickle ball and tennis courts. Best heated pool on the island..! There are guided boat tours and deep sea fishing tours also across the street! We have a shuttle service that goes up and down the island every 20 minutes or so depending on time of day. We have a world famous Jimmy Buffet resort at the North end of the island only 6 miles away.!

My name is Mark Murray. My wife Jane and I bought this unit when we were living in Minnesota in 2022. We recently retired to SanMarcos, Tx. and we are looking to rent out unit during the colder winter months.

What I enjoy about FMB the most is its versatility.. if you love the sand, the beach and the waves you’ve got it.. if you prefer a beautiful temp . controlled pool, you’ve got it. Fine dining or casual dining… you’ve got it.. shopping for souvenirs or fine boutiques, you’ve got it..

Fort Myers beach is clean, safe, affordable and super fun.! We have superior white sand beaches, fun bars, restaurants, boat tours across the street that includes deep sea fishing. All within walking distance or a shuttle.
