Welcome to your perfect Marathon getaway!
This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront home is designed for relaxation, comfort, and unforgettable Florida Keys living.

Inside, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a cozy queen—plus two full bathrooms. The bright, open living room features large windows with stunning views of the pool, tiki hut, and private dock on a Gulf-access canal. Two sofa beds provide additional sleeping space for extra guests.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare your fresh catch or enjoy takeout from Publix, just 5 minutes away.

Step outside to your EPIC private backyard oasis—complete with a heated pool, private tiki hut, comfortable lounge seating, and a true 60 ft long dock providing plenty of space for your boat,or boats, less than 200 yards from the open Gulf! It’s the perfect place to unwind, soak up the sun, and let your stress melt away.

We can’t say enough about our stay here in Marathon!From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was easy, and the hosts were incredibly communicative and welcoming. It truly felt like they cared about making our stay special.The house itself is perfect—inviting, beautifully beachy, and stocked with thoughtful amenities and essentials. We love that this home sits on one of the few flow-through canals in Marathon, keeping the water consistently clean and clear. This means you can enjoy daily visits from incredible wildlife, including dolphins, tarpon, and manatees, gliding along the canal. You might even spot the occasional lobster taking up residence under the dock! Another highlight of the property is its east-facing orientation, which provides natural shade in the backyard during the afternoon and evening—perfect for staying cool and relaxing on hot Florida summer days.

Guests can enjoy a heated pool, a private tiki hut, and a full 60-foot dock—perfect for multiple boats, or even one extra-large vessel. We’ve also decorated the home to capture that quintessential tropical Marathon vibe, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
