Experience coastal living at its finest in this tastefully furnished beach townhome, just steps from the ocean in South Jacksonville Beach. Situated on a quiet dead-end street, this home offers breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views from the living room, second-floor balcony, master bedroom, and third-floor balcony—perfect for romantic getaways or memorable family vacations.

Home Highlights:

First Floor: One-car garage with direct access, guest bedroom with two extra-long twin beds that can be combined into a king, plush carpeting, LED TV, private bathroom with a modern walk-in tile shower, and access to a rear garden and grassy area.

Main Level: Spacious living area with tile floors, modern furnishings, large LED Smart TV, and private balcony overlooking the ocean. The kitchen includes an eat-in breakfast area and full-size washer and dryer.

Third Floor Master Suite: King-size bed with ocean views, LED Smart TV, ceiling fan, plush carpeting, and a private balcony. The luxurious master bath features a large walk-in tile shower with his-and-hers shower heads, a heart-shaped Jacuzzi tub, dual vanities, and a generous walk-in closet.

Additional amenities include a queen air mattress with bedding to comfortably sleep six, high-speed internet, and streaming services. Bikes are available for guest use, adding to the fun and convenience.

Located just minutes from restaurants, breweries, shopping, and family-friendly activities, this fully furnished rental is available daily, weekly, and monthly.

Great Location

Great location. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood on a dead end street with the beach just steps away. Lots of space, nice deck, very relaxing. Enjoyed our stay!!

Holiday getaway

This townhome was perfect for my holiday retreat with my husband and daughter. It was very clean upon arrival and although we didn't get to utilize the beach as much as we wanted to due to weather, our balcony views were great. I loved the decor and the layout. Definitely a great place to relax and enjoy the beaches!

Beach stay

The home had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. The house is nicely decorated, beds comfortable, plenty of linens, and kitchen fully stocked. Only thing is parking can be tough if you have more than 1 car and there isn’t much available around. Overall very much enjoyed our stay!

Family beach fun

Loved the location across the street from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Ocean views were great. Loved the master jacuzzi and shower. Kitchen well stocked. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect beach location

We absolutely loved this place. Our pre-teen and teenage granddaughters loved having their own space downstairs and we loved having ours too. I was pleasantly surprised how well equipped the kitchen was. The jacuzzi tub and large shower in the master suite were perfect. Appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs. This place literally is steps from the beach. Having a washer and dryer on site was really helpful.

awesome place near the beach

The accommodations were clean, and ammenities were adequate. There was a short walk to the beach. The upstairs bedroom suite was awesome. It should be noted that the townhouse is on multi levels so anyone who has difficult with stairs would find this townhouse challenging. However, multi level dwellings are very common near the ocean.

Great Getaway!

This was a one month rental at the beach in a very well located and comfortable townhouse. The beach is just a few steps away. TV and internet worked well, bed was comfortable, beautiful master bath a pleasure to use. Most of what we needed was in the kitchen and owners were receptive to the few issues that came up which were minor. Property was very clean and updated. Unit was tastefully furnished. We would absolutely stay here again.

When looking online, I didn't think about ensuring that there was a restroom on each floor of the unit. My husband was recovering from a bone marrow transplant at Mayo, and having to go up and down steps to the restroom was difficult for him. We got through our month-long stay and moved to a single-story bungalow...much better suited for our needs. The host was not very responsive, There were messages that were never returned. The keypad lock did not work for us. We had to enter and exit through the garage. The decor was sparce, furniture was not in good condition. Overall kind of depressing. The unit was not warm or welcoming. So glad to not be there anymore. Not a good stay.

Close to Beach and a lot of amenities

Overall a great place near the beach, however the pictures online are old and do not reflect the current condition of the property. While clean, the property could stand some updates. The tile floors in the kitchen are cracked, the outside could stand to be painted, and the overall condition of the place could be spruced up.

Steps from the Beach

The townhouse was clean, and the online photos were accurate. The stairs between the three levels reminded us why we live in a one-floor condo, but for our 7-day stay, they were OK. Beach access was great although the weather in December was a little cool. The only relatively minor issue we noted was that we could only find one garbage bag for each garbage receptacle and that did not last the entire week. So, we had to buy some garbage bags.

Great location!

This was our 2nd time staying here. We had a couple of hiccups, but it all worked out. The cleaning crew was still cleaning when we tried to checked in. They were not expecting renters until the following day. But everything was spotless. The AC was not working as well, but the owner called an AC guy to come out to repair it. He showed up within 30 minutes of being called. Although it delayed our check in by about 3 hours, the AC was fixed and worked like a charm the entire week. Love staying at this rental property. Would definitely stay again.

NOT Clean… 2 large roaches & mildew smell

Location is what you pay for in this property. That part was wonderful, it was close to everything and being right on the beach was great. However….. the FIRST thing we saw when we walked in the home was a HUGE roach right inside the entry… then the next step was inside the downstairs room that smelled of mildew immediately when you walk in. The next evening, we were walking upstairs to take our toddler to bed and ANOTHER huge roach was crawling up the stairs. Besides the large visible bugs, our toddler also got a horrific bite on his arm that swelled and showed up overnight. Not sure what that could have been…but, suspect it happened in the home. Before leaving we were doing our last sweep of the home to make sure no toys or belongings were left behind, and under the couch found a THIRD roach. Location is fabulous, but I personally would never stay here again. They need to fire their cleaning company asap.
