Suite 204 offers modern comfort and a relaxing home base for couples, solo travelers, business guests, convention visitors, and weekend getaways.
Please note: Suite 204 is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator.

Pet-Friendly Stay
We welcome up to 2 small pets under 20 lbs each. A $110 non-refundable pet fee applies per stay.
Pets must be house-trained, flea-free, and disclosed at the time of booking. Please keep pets off beds and furniture, clean up after them, and crate them when left alone in the suite. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage.

HOT SPRINGS SUITES House Rules
Welcome to Hot Springs Suites! Please respect the property and other guests.
RESERVATIONS & GUESTS
● The booking guest and at least one staying guest must be 21 years of age or older.
● If booking for someone else, the primary staying guest`s name and contact information must be provided in advance.
● Only registered guests may stay overnight unless approved in advance.
● Reservations may not be transferred, sublet, or re-rented to another party.
BUILDING ACCESS
● Hot Springs Suites is a three-story building without an elevator. Guests staying on the 2nd or 3rd floor should plan to use the stairs.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
● Check-in: 4:00 PM
● Check-out: 11:00 AM
● Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, depending on our cleaning and reservation schedule — please request in advance.
QUIET HOURS & GATHERINGS
● Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
● No parties, events, or large gatherings.
● Overnight guest count may not exceed the approved occupancy.
SMOKING & FIRE SAFETY
● Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property.
● Smoking or vaping inside a suite will result in a $450 additional cleaning fee, plus any additional remediation or damage costs.
● Candles and incense are not permitted inside the suites.
PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS
● Guests should check their listing for pet allowances. Where pets are allowed: up to 2 pets under 20 lbs, disclosed at the time of booking, with the $110 pet fee paid per stay.
● Pets must be contained when unattended, cleaned up after, and must not disturb other guests.
● Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning.
● Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law.
PARKING
● One complimentary on-site parking space is included per reservation.
● A second parking tag may be available upon request. Additional free street parking is available nearby.
SAFETY & SECURITY
● Guests must not share their door code with anyone outside the reservation.
● Do not tamper with smoke detectors, cameras, locks, or other safety equipment.
● Children must be supervised at all times, including on balconies.
● Exterior security cameras monitor entrances, exterior areas, and the parking lot. There are no cameras inside guest suites.
PROPERTY CARE
● Please treat the suite and its contents with care.
● Towels and linens can stain easily, so we`ve included a designated makeup towel for that — please use it instead of the bath towels for makeup, hair dye, self-tanner, and similar products.
● Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, and for excessive cleaning.
● If an item can`t be restored through normal washing, a replacement charge may apply.
OTHER
● Cryptocurrency mining or similar high-energy commercial computer/server activity is not permitted.
● On-site management is located in Suite 107 and is available for urgent assistance throughout the stay. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 first.
● Management may enter the suite when reasonably necessary for an emergency, safety concern, or repair. We will make our best effort to contact the guest before entering whenever possible.
