The Cottage

Inside, the guest cottage is warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged for an easy stay. With two floors, there’s room to spread out while still keeping that cozy cottage feel — perfect after long days on the water or exploring Orange Beach.


Owner Presence & Privacy

The guest cottage is located on the same property as the main house, where the owners often reside. They are warm, welcoming, and genuinely enjoy meeting guests — but they fully respect privacy.

Interaction is always guest-led. If you prefer a quiet, private stay, you’ll have it. If you’d like recommendations, conversation, or local tips, they’re happy to share. You’re always in control.

The property also has a friendly senior Labrador named Jack.
Jack is completely harmless and stays primarily in the main house. Guests will only meet him if they ask. You may hear him occasionally, especially when pulling into the driveway, as he likes to announce arrivals. His greatest joy is fetching a frisbee.

To make the most of your bayfront stay, the following amenities are available by request:

Fishing poles are available upon request for use from the pier or dock.

$50 per day

$185 maximum for a full week

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the two-story guest cottage, which is completely separate from the main house. Entry to the cottage is via a smart lock, and a unique access code will be provided prior to check-in for easy, contactless arrival.

While the main house is off-limits, guests are welcome to enjoy all other areas of the property, including the bayfront deck, fire pit, pier, dock, boathouse, and waterfront areas, unless otherwise noted.

The goal is for you to feel comfortable, relaxed, and at home — with plenty of space to enjoy the property at your own pace.

For your convenience, a selection of beach chairs, umbrellas, and assorted beach and water toys is available for guest use. These items are provided as a courtesy to help make your time on the water or at the beach more enjoyable.
