Your home away from home just 1 mile north of downtown Nisswa. Located just off the Paul Bunyan Trail, along with access to Lower Cullen Lake. This fabulous new construction shouse features 2 queen beds and a cozy bunk bed, making it perfect for families or groups. Guests enjoy two spacious bathrooms, each equipped with a custom walk-in tiled shower. The open setting of the living room and kitchen is roomy, yet cozy with a gas fireplace and includes all of the amenities you appreciate when you are away from home. The high-end appliances, granite countertops and comfortable seating make the kitchen a wonderful place to gather with family and friends. After enjoying a day on the lake or on the trail, you can unwind in the sauna with beautiful views of the lake. My husband grew up in the Brainerd Lakes Area and after college, we decided to move back and have since gotten married, raised two children and ran businesses here for the last 27 years. We love this area and have been blessed to call Pequot Lakes our home for the last 20 years. We enjoy boating, hiking, biking, skiing and sailing. When not enjoying the outdoors in our beautiful area, you will find us traveling or visiting our kids in Montana or family in Arizona.

We love the location of this property, it is situated just one mile north of downtown Nisswa. The Paul Bunyan Trail is just a few steps from the property, so you easily can jump on the trail for a walk, run or bike into Nisswa or head to Pequot Lakes which is 6 miles north. Also, Lower Cullen Lake is a quick walk across from the property where you can access the dock, pontoon and bonfire area down by the lake.

This property is new construction, we used high end finishes throughout to make guests see that we took care in making this property special for the people staying there. Each space was made with coziness, comfort and company in mind. The open kitchen and family room will be the gathering place for meals, games and relaxation. We love to travel, so we made sure to equip the kitchen and bathrooms with all of the amenities you would expect to have at home.
