Unit 1:
Beautiful top-floor unit offering sweeping ocean views from both private lanais. The condo is well equipped with air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi for your comfort.

The master bedroom features a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the loft bedroom is also furnished with a queen bed. Third bedroom is a loft.

Unit 2:
Beautiful top-floor unit featuring excellent ocean views from both lanais. Fully equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The master bedroom has a king bed, the loft bedroom includes two twin beds, and there is an additional sofa bed in the living room if needed. Second Bedroom is a Loft.

FYI: We require a 7-night minimum stay during Peak Season, Thanksgiving, and Christmas holidays. Please inquire if your dates fall within this 7-night minimum stay period.

Kona Makai is a gated, oceanfront condominium community with solid concrete construction and air-conditioned living spaces and bedrooms. Amenities include a swimming pool, spa, oceanfront sun deck, fitness room, tennis courts, BBQ and picnic areas, and both covered and open parking. The property is conveniently located approximately 1.5 miles from Kailua Pier, with easy access to walking, biking, or jogging along the scenic Alii Drive coastline.

The property sits directly on the oceanfront along lava rock coastline, so you can walk down from the condos to the water’s edge for views, snorkeling, or swimming if conditions are calm.

If you want a sandy beach to relax, swim, or wade comfortably, those are nearby but not right at Kona Makai:

Honl’s Beach — a sandy beach about a mile north, walkable from the property.

Magic Sands Beach — a short drive away, known for its white sand and swimming/boogie boarding opportunities.

Kahalu‘u Beach Park — excellent for snorkeling and about a 5–10 minute drive south.
