This freshly updated apartment is located in the walkout basement of a historic 1930s home just a 4-minute walk from downtown Moscow. It features a full kitchen and open living room, a bathroom, and two private and cozy bedrooms – a great setup for small groups or a family. It also has direct access to a large shared backyard.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, dishes, wine glasses, knives, silverware, and more. It includes a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and Keurig. We provide coffee, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
BEDROOMS
Each bedroom includes a luxurious duvet with crisp cotton sheets and plenty of comfy pillows. The windows have blackout curtains, and there is a place to hang clothes in each room.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is stocked with soft towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

LIVING/DINING ROOM
The living room has a beautiful leather Sven sofa (by Article), vintage chairs, and lamps for cozy lighting. You can log into any of your streaming services on the 55" smart TV. The dining table seats four and has a convenient outlet for using it as a workspace.

CHILDREN
...are welcome! A high chair & pack’n’play may be requested. Your children may also use the swing set in the shared backyard!

CHECKIN
There is plenty of free street parking. You'll go through a gate and walk down some garden stairs, then access the unit with your own door code.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This is a historic home we have updated and are continuing to update, which means tons of charm and a few quirks! You may hear upstairs renters walk around. They are super sweet and very quiet. There is no AC, but as it is a walkout basement it stays very cool, especially if you open the windows at night and use the box fans.
