Welcome to Sea La Vie at The Veranda, a cozy beachfront retreat perfect for couples or small families looking to enjoy the best of Destin and Fort Walton Beach. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo sleeps up to 6 guests with a king bedroom, hallway twin bunks, and a double sleeper sofa.
Step out onto your private balcony and soak in the panoramic Gulf views, or head downstairs to the gulf-front community pool. Inside, you ll find a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.
The best part? Daily beach service is included from March through October your own set of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella, ready and waiting on the sand.

🏡 House Rules
Rental Agreement and Security Verification: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
Occupancy: Max 6 guests.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the condo, on the patio, or around building entrances.
Pets: No pets allowed, except registered service animals
Parking: Free parking available. Park only in designated spaces. No boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles.
Beach Access: Use included beach service setup (2 chairs & 1 umbrella). Personal chairs/gear must not block walkways.
Pool Use: Follow all posted pool rules. No glass containers near pool areas.
Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Please place used towels in the bathroom before checkout.
Grilling: Use designated charcoal grill area only. Clean up after use.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outside bins before departure.
Departure: Turn off lights, TVs, appliances, close patio doors, and securely lock the unit when leaving.
