気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
we drove eight hours and when we arrive, we did not have the code to enter the house.We kept trying to contact the host. The host was not answering the phone. Then when he finally answered the phone, he kept giving us a code but it was not opening the door. We finally got a code to work when we enter the home the lights was not on. We had to wait 2 1/2 hours just for somebody to come out and try to fix the lights but they was unsuccessful on fixing the lights. They said they’ll be back in the morning. They came that morning and claim that they had fixed it but when we went swimming and tried to wash our wet clothes the lights went out again please do not book here. The host was horrible. He tried to make it seem like it was our fault that the light wasn’t working. I have videos to prove that the lights was never working when we arrive to the home. Also, they didn’t even clean the unit before we arrived. They left dirty towels on the washing machine as well then the host is saying that we left the place a mess and that we were smoking in the house and I asked them well. How do you know if we were smoking in the house? do you have cameras in here and then he never said nothing he got quiet please if you want to enjoy your stay in destin Florida book somewhere else please do not book here
