While designed for two guests, the unit can accommodate 4 with its spacious living area and new memory foam mattress sleeper sofa. Guests can enjoy well appointed kitchen with suite of new stainless steel appliances, including microwave, disposal, and dishwasher. Launder your clothes inside the unit’s large capacity brand new washer and dryer. Guests can enjoy high speed internet and 50” smart tv s in living room and bedroom. Enjoy fresh coffee from supplied coffee bar. Walk to the beach, Ted Sterling Park, St Armand’s Circle, or the heated pool on premises. Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella are provided. Parking provided on premises (no fee).

The unit was beautiful! Quiet and felt very secure. Location was close to many great beaches and great seafood restaurants. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The pool was clean and warm. Will definitely come back.

Couldn’t recommend this stay more! Very clean, spacious, and great location. Love that they provide beach chairs, umbrella and towels. You can walk to lido beach and St Armands circle in minutes. St Armand’s circle is full of restaurants and shops. It’s about 2.5 miles from downtown Sarasota (there’s sidewalks all the way from the vrbo to downtown if you want to get a good walk or run in!). There’s also a free trolly called the bay runner that will pick you up at lido beach and bring you downtown and back. Will definitely be looking to stay here whenever I visit the area!

Review:Talk about a surprise!This condo was great! It’s a cute 1 br with a full kitchen, a spacious living area, and a beautiful bathroom. Since I have never been to Lido Key in Sarasota, Florida, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised. The small condo complex is perfect. The moment we opened the door to this newly and completely renovated unit we were nothing but smiles. Everything was thoughtfully designed for guests and the host was extremely responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again. More importantly I would recommend this unit to other travelers. It’s close to everything and you can literally walk anywhere with no problem. Thank you to our hosts for having us.
