12 Dune Crest Trail: Charming villa close to the beach with gorgeous waterfront lagoon views. Perfect for small families or couples looking for a serene getaway.

Escape to this beautifully maintained, two-bedroom, two-full-bath beach villa, offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience on the exclusive Seabrook Island. 12 Dune Crest is a cozy retreat nestled close to the beach, the popular Pelican's Nest, and Seabrook's renowned golf courses.

Amenity cards give you access to 2 community swimming pools, fitness center, equestrian center, and golf courses. To access the The Club there will be a daily fee. - Additional Fees may apply at the Lake House. An amenity card may be obtained at the Club Amenity Office for $55 per day or $315 per week. Usage fees and a card deposit will apply. You must order your amenity card at least 48 hours before the first day you plan to use it.
