This modern 3-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of Building D. It is designed to accommodate 4 people, and dogs are also welcome! Park in the apartment’s private underground parking space. You can reach the apartment by elevator or stairs.

The 94 m² of living space includes a light-filled living room with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. From here, you have a great view of the Baltic Sea. There are also two bedrooms, each with a double box-spring bed. One bathroom with a shower is located right next to one of the bedrooms, while the other bathroom, featuring both a shower and a bathtub, is separate.

The large balcony features two lounge chairs and a balcony table and chairs. Enjoy the side view of the sea!

In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
