Pet friendly. Host was very nice. New oven, the old one wasn't working when we arrived, so they sent maintenance out twice during our stay to look at it and replace it. Jets in bath tub don't work, bummer. But lots of quiet open space. House is beautiful. Host responds quickly. Visit was unforgettable and appreciated.

We're glad we could get the oven replaced quickly to make sure your stay wasn't disrupted any more than necessary. We do want to gently clarify one point: the tub is listed and advertised as a soaking tub, not a jetted tub, so we want to make sure future guests have accurate expectations when booking. The owner replies expeditiously. We had no issues during our stay. Everything was perfect!The property is a literal paradise. The owner has 2 hummingbird feeders (freshly filled) on the front porch & the numerous hummingbirds out on a show for most of the day-everyday. There are 2 bird feeders in the yard for the birds. There different species of birds feeding & squirrels feeding throughout the day. I have to mention the deer that come to drink from the pond & eat every morning & evening. We could see that the owner had the lawn around the home mowed before we arrived & this was a great indication along with the freshly filled bird feeders that the owner cared about the guests’ experience. That was very appreciated.The home was clean, cool & inviting upon arrival, although it had been in the upper 90’s outside (August) for several days Everything was in working order except for a few rooms needed burned out light bulbs replaced, 2 lamps in living room had no knobs to turn them off (had been removed/broken off) & one side of the electric loveseat did not work, however the side that worked was one of the most comfortable sofas ever! These are minor details that weren’t a must have on our list, just some spaces were a little dark and couldn’t see to use washer/dryer and the “coffee bar” due to dark/dim lighting. The aforementioned are not intended for negativity, but maybe a slight improvement. Ultimately this property offered us enjoyable wildlife, tranquility & relaxation!
