Welcome to your urban oasis in the heart of New Orleans! This bright and stylish 2-bedroom apartment on the
ground floor of 722 Girod features a rare private outdoor patio — perfect for happy hours, dinner parties, or quiet
coffee mornings. Just steps from the best bars, restaurants, and galleries in the Warehouse District, it’s the ideal
launchpad for your Crescent City adventure.
The space
- 2 bedrooms with one king and one queen beds
- Bright, open living space with modern decor
- Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances
- Massive private patio with lounge seating
- Washer & dryer in unit
- Walkable to the French Quarter, CBD, and Convention Center

The Printing Press is located in the heart of the CBD with numerous bars, restaurants and shopping. We are about a 12 minute walk from the French Quarter. We are also just a short walk away from the National World War II Museum, Ogden Museum of Art, the Smoothie King Center and Superdome. If you’re looking to be close to the best of New Orleans, this is it.
Getting Around:
Situated in between the Carondelet and St Charles Street Car line, getting around the city is a breeze . When exiting the building, walking to the St. Charles Ave Streetcar line will bring you uptown past St. Charles’ stately mansions and to the Garden District’s charm and Tulane/Loyola Universities, Audubon Park and the Zoo. Walk one block over and you can ride the line right through downtown to the French Quarter’s jazz clubs, eateries, bars and bistros. RTA bus service is available nearby. To access the french quarter, walk one block over to Carondelet street and hop on the streetcar until the end of the line of the line at Canal Street. The French Quarter begins on the other side of Canal. For a full streetcar and bus system map and day passes visit the NORTA website.

This apartment is located within a multi-unit building. In total, there are 34 rooms available for groups requiring additional accommodations. This listing requires the completion of a Rental Agreement with the Host. A copy of this agreement can be found under our additional house rules.
