Escape to this beautiful brand-new beach-close home designed for comfort and relaxation. Spacious bonus suite with luxurious bathroom/garden tub, 2 additional bedrooms & 2 more full baths. A perfect retreat for families or small groups.
Minutes from the shore. Enjoy walks on the sand, wave watching, & spend quiet evenings listening to the ocean breeze.
Adventure seekers! Explore majestic redwoods, & spend the day on the Smith River—rafting, swimming, or simply enjoying its crystal-clear waters.
The interior is thoughtfully decorated in a bright beach-inspired style, bringing the coastal atmosphere indoors. The entire home, 2 levels, is above the large garage. There are stairs to enter so it is not wheel chair accessible.
Enjoy walks on the sand, wave watching, or spend quiet evenings listening to the ocean breeze.
Included is a large bonus room with twin beds, twin bunk beds and a full size sofa bed with big screen tv. A perfect retreat for teens or....
Entire home is above the large garage and is available to guests as well as one side of the garage.
There are stairs to enter so it is not wheel chair accessible.

This place is wonderful and very well appointed. It’s nicely organized and everything is labeled and easy to find. The only thing I can say that is slightly negative is that there is a big flight of stairs to get to the living space. You have to bring your luggage and groceries up 20 stairs, so be prepared but it’s so nice that you’ll forget about the stairs as soon as you’re up them.

Overall this property is in a great location. We stayed here for two nights to explore the Redwoods. The property is well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could want if you are cooking. The layout was perfect for our family of four. The twin beds and king bed are a little on the firmer side. The washer water feeds were also hooked up backwards. Hot was on the cold and cold was on the hot. We were in the middle of a 2 week journey so being able to wash clothes was a must for us. I made the host aware so hopefully it is remedied for the future. The property is clean and seems to be recently renovated.
