You`re just a short car ride to Pier Park, Dollywood & Top Golf for a full PCB experience, or, head 15 minutes west to Scenic 30A to explore the idyllic beach towns.

We have one private bedroom, with a king bed, a walk-in closet, and adjacent primary bathroom. Upstairs, in the private loft space, we have two queen beds with another full bathroom. This condo is great for a couples` getaway, girls` weekend, or a small family vacation at the beach.

Our kitchen is fully equipped to handle as much or as little cooking as you desire on your vacation. There are plenty of great local dining options, so be sure to check out our guidebook attached with this listing.

Cozy up in the spacious living room with plenty of seating for all. Stream your favorite shows on our large flat screen TV - BYO passwords for streaming.

Unwind on the quaint private patio in the evenings and enjoy the coastal breeze that is sure to come through.

We provide a small starter pack designed with your needs in mind, providing hotel sized Dove brand toiletries, kitchen cleaning supplies, paper products, and a few laundry powder packets.

We prioritize your health and safety by implementing a rigorous and thorough cleaning routine – including sanitizing countertops, doorknobs, bathrooms, and other high contact areas.

Horizon South is conveniently located just 1.5 miles from Pier Park - PCB`s renown dining, shopping & entertainment hub. Seasonal firework displays are launched from the water near the pier at Pier Park. With nearby attractions like Top Golf, and a short drive to Dolly Parton`s Pirate Voyage dinner theatre, there is no shortage of activities for your whole group!

Heading West on Highway 98, you can enjoy all that Scenic 30A has to offer from idyllic coastal beach towns, fine dining, unique shopping and endless entertainment.

Parking - $25 paid upon arrival at Main Office.
Armbands - $20 each, age 6 and up. Paid upon arrival at the Main Office.

Self-check-in any time after 4pm (CST) with the Schlage Encode keyless lock. We`ll send you a code on your arrival day for hassle-free entry.

$20 Armbands are required for your stay for all guests aged 6 and older in your group. They are paid for and obtained at the Community Management Office upon arrival.

Guests must pay for a Parking Placard from the Community Management Office upon arrival. Each vehicle is $25.00 (maximum of 2) for up to 10 days. If you arrive after 4pm, please let the Security Guard know (next to the main office) and obtain your parking placard the next morning.

Extended stay guests will pay $25.00 parking for every 10-day period, with a maximum of $50.00 for a 6-month stay.

Dedicated beach access just 2 minutes away!

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No smoking or vaping is permitted within the unit.

Large gatherings and loud parties are prohibited.

This condo is not pet friendly. You may see Owners who live in the community year-round with pets, but this is not applicable to short term guests.

6 Maximum guests allowed. Due to PCB fire safety ordinance 1632, this cannot be exceeded and will result in an immediate eviction without refund if violated.

Horizon South consists of independently owned condos that are often used for vacation rentals. Emerald Coast Host does not have oversight or control of adjacent units or their guests.
No third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be 25 or older and must be staying onsite for the duration of the reservation. Booking for underage guests will get you kicked out without refund. Per PCB Fire Marshall: NO open flames on property. Lighting candles inside the condo and using bbq grills too close to the structure are prohibited. No pets - bringing them Will result in an additional $300 cleaning fee. No smoking or vaping in condo, pool, or community areas. Smoking odor inside the unit will result in additional cleaning fees.
